Meet Nienke

From a young age, I was passionate about sports and once competed at a top level in the 1500 meters. For years, running was my entire world — until life took an unexpected turn, and health and movement slipped into the background for a while.

But that inner fire never fully went out. Through fitness, I found my way back to movement — and in doing so, I reconnected with myself. It didn’t just give me strength; it gave me the support I needed, especially during and after my pregnancy.

I believe that we all have the power to grow. Sometimes it takes finding your rhythm, sometimes it feels like a challenge — but the reward of truly committing to something is beyond words.

In my training sessions, it’s never just about strength. It’s about posture, enjoyment, the courage to push your limits — and yes, nutrition plays an important role too. Together, we build not just a strong body, but also a resilient mind. Step by step, at your pace, toward your goals.
